I've been using the RP-21's for about four months, and I really like them. I use them for tracking in the studio and for general music listening. When it comes to recording vocals I find the isolation top notch. The absence of bleed into the mic is astonishing! I really like the construction. Just like everything Equation makes, these headphones can take punishment and still be like new. Oh, and the foam cups are user replace-able. Not to knock a product, but for years I was using Sony MDR-7506 studio monitoring headphones, all of which fell apart. It's clear that won't happen with the RP-21s. The comfort and flexibility of the RP-21's are also very impressive. I strongly recommend these headphones!

I've been using my RP-21s for a while now and enjoy the flatness of the response very much. It lets me make sure my mixes translate to a well-tuned PA. I only really use them for quick PFLs or checking a board mix, but if I need to double-check what I'm hearing to what I'm mixing, I use the RP-21s.

Next purchase: some drum mics!
